The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as required. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of facilities. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Strong background in janitorial or custodial services is a plus. Experience in industrial cleaning environments is beneficial. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
