Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and proper use of floor maintenance equipment. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents and guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously. Support custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and scheduling support for team members. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Prior experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and safety standards related to custodial work.
