Our Lead Housekeeper plays a key role in upholding the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality standards that define the Chateau experience. Position Summary The Lead Housekeeper supports the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all resident rooms, common areas, and offices reflect Chateau's high standards. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, training, inventory management, and performs hands-on cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a safe and beautiful community. What You'll Do Ensure cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms. Complete routine and project cleaning per established schedules. Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and covering shifts as needed. Maintain supplies, inventory, and well-organized storage areas. Report maintenance or repair needs promptly. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communication skills. Valid CPR and First Aid.
