Employment dates range from May through October. Exact schedule and hours are based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the units, common areas, and facilities on the property to ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Maintenance:

Clean units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. Perform cleaning duties in common areas, including car ports, pool areas, laundry facilities, and restrooms. Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linen in each room according to company standards. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor or maintenance team.

Guest Service & Interaction:

Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrival, following specific property guidelines and requests. Address guest requests for additional supplies, towels, or amenities promptly. Work in collaboration with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Laundry & Linen Handling:

Wash, fold, and distribute linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.) as needed. Ensure linens are properly sorted, folded, and stored in compliance with Lake Chelan Shores' standards.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and other team members to meet operational needs. Assist in training new housekeeping staff as required. Qualifications Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality setting, is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as required (bending, lifting, etc.). Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
