House Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential and commercial properties. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position involves performing various cleaning tasks, including dusting, cleaning of common areas, vacuuming, and mopping, along with your dedicated position's cleaning tasks (Bathrooms or Kitchen). You will be working independently in your area, but as a team with your partnered cleaning technician. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Ensure all areas are cleaned according to client specifications and company standards Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent time management skills to handle multiple cleaning assignments efficiently Good communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Benefits Paid on-the-job training Paid drive-time in company vehicle Employees receive 100% of tips Quarterly pay raises with qualification Advancement opportunity This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills contribute directly to client satisfaction.
