Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, and other facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Execute specialized floor care tasks such as waxing, polishing, stripping, and carpet cleaning to keep floors looking pristine Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Handle janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within residential or commercial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques for different surfaces including carpets, hardwood floors, tiles, and upholstery Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in various environments Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Customer service-oriented attitude with professional communication skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management is a plus Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed Join us as a Cleaning Contractor and bring your expertise to create clean spaces that inspire comfort and confidence!
