Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential spaces are clean, organized, and sanitized to meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Schedule/Transportation You choose your own schedule! You may work as many jobs/hours as you wish. We are looking for somebody that is consistent and reliable. Must provide your own transportation and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care by cleaning various types of flooring, including carpet cleaning and hard surfaces. Launder linens and other household items as needed to maintain cleanliness. Provide custodial services that ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable. Assist with housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient operation within the home. Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, with a strong understanding of effective cleaning techniques and products. Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment for various surfaces. Strong custodial skills with an emphasis on sanitation practices. Excellent housekeeping management abilities to maintain organization within the home environment. Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks to ensure high standards are met consistently. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and respond effectively to their needs.
