$22.00 per hour Job Summary Kleen Krew is a professional cleaning team supporting short-term vacation rentals and long-term rental properties throughout the Thurston County area. We are currently hiring Part-Time Cleaning & Turnover Specialists to help keep our homes guest-ready and move-in-ready. This role focuses on vacation rental turnovers, including detailed cleaning, laundry, and restocking between guest stays, as well as move-out and make-ready cleanings for long-term rental homes when tenants move out. Responsibilities Clean and reset short-term vacation rentals between guest stays Perform move-out and make-ready cleanings for long-term rental homes Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens and towels Restock property supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.) Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns Ensure homes are completed on time and ready for guests or new tenants Schedule & Hours Most shifts fall between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM Hours vary based on check-outs, move-outs, and seasonal demand Availability on weekends as needed Holiday availability is a plus Qualifications Cleaning experience preferred (residential, hotel, or vacation rentals), but willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation to travel between properties Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive pay: $22.00/hour Paid Training Consistent part-time work with flexible scheduling Clear systems, checklists, and expectations Opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons Growth opportunities into lead or supervisory roles Supportive, respectful team environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
