As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or hospitality spaces, ensuring every corner shines and every guest or resident feels at home. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using proper sanitation techniques. Conduct detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining polished surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties efficiently, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; perform routine maintenance tasks like changing linens and replenishing supplies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly; monitor inventory levels and report needs for restocking. Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards in all areas. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial supplies. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture if necessary. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests. Knowledge of proper laundry techniques and floor care methods. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
