Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. Execute various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain proper sanitation protocols by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Assist with specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, or janitorial duties as needed to uphold quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with laundry operations and janitorial responsibilities is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management or supervisory roles can be advantageous but is not required.
