The Housekeeping Aide plays an essential role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the community. This position performs daily housekeeping and laundry services within a retirement community, including skilled nursing, memory care, catered living, assisted living, and independent living. Your work has a direct impact on how residents experience their home—and how they feel living in it. What you'll do (and why it matters) Sanitize, clean, vacuum, and maintain public and residential living areas to support a safe and welcoming environment Your attention to detail and commitment to care help residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
