Hotel Housekeeper

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to maintain guest comfort. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces immaculate. Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours as needed. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial management is a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory. $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
