Livable Pay:

$21.00 - $30.00/hr (Trainees $19.00/hr for first 2 weeks).

Performance Pay:

Elevate Residential Spaces:

Follow detailed checklists to dust, vacuum, and scrub kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces for our regular weekly/monthly families.

Master Move-Outs:

Perform heavy-duty deep cleans for homeowners and apartment complexes to ensure a fresh start for new tenants.

Execute VRBO/Airbnb Turnovers:

Handle "hotel-style" turnovers... washing/drying linens, changing beds, disinfecting all surfaces, and restocking supplies with an extremely detailed eye.

Requirements:

1+ year of residential cleaning or housekeeping experience. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Able to lift 25-35 lbs Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (32-35 hrs/week). Ability to pass a criminal background check.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping Highly detail oriented, independent, and reliable Familiarity and comfort with eco-friendly cleaning products and supplies Comfortable working independently and in teams Able to lift 25-35lbs Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Automotive insurance Willing and able to work at least 32 hours, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check Tidy Vibe Clean is Tacoma's trusted eco-friendly residential cleaning company offering residential cleaning services, move out cleans and VRBO/Airbnb cleanings in the Tacoma, University Place and Lakewood, WA areas.
