Key Responsibilities Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas according to established policies Maintain safe and organized work environment Dispose of trash and manage cleaning supplies Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions promptly Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Follow Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1 year housekeeping experience preferred Dementia training required within 90 days of hire Strong organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed Stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
