Lead Pay:

$22.00 - $32.00/hr.

Performance Pay:

Commission splits and bonuses are available.

You will:

Lead & Delegate:

Guide cleaning teams on-site, assigning tasks to ensure efficiency while physically assisting with the cleaning to set the pace.

Manage Client Connections:

Serve as the main point of contact, leading initial and final walkthroughs to ensure the client is thrilled with the "Vibe."

Uphold Quality Standards:

Track team progress, ensure every checklist item is perfected, and handle post-service communication: like "tipping texts" and client notes.

Coordinate Logistics:

Communicate arrival times, updates, and any on-site issues to both the client and management.

Requirements:

3+ years of residential cleaning experience + 1 year as a Trainer or Lead. Strong communicator who is comfortable holding others accountable and modeling values. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Able to lift 25-35 lbs. Able to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (32-35 hrs/week). Ability to pass a criminal background check.
