Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Prepare and serve light meals or snacks when required, demonstrating basic cooking skills to meet residents' or guests' needs Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for everyone Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and vacuum cleaners effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure no area is overlooked Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills to interact positively with residents or guests Experience in laundry management and basic cooking is a plus to support diverse household needs Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeping management practices is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
