Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housemen to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests.

Duties:

• Clean and tidy common spaces, corridors, storage areas, and hotel landscaping
• Complete projects around property carpet shampooing, guest room PMs, painting, landscaping, etc.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces throughout the hotel
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Experience:

• Prior experience in maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
