Residential Cleaners:

$18.50 - $21.00/hour starting +

Tips and Bonuses Independent Contractors:

Starting at $30.00 - $38.00/hour+

Tips and Premiums Additional Pay Opportunities:

Performance-based bonuses (reliability, communication, quality) Client review bonuses Referral bonuses

Full-Time Incentive:

Staff earn +$1.00/hour when total hours exceed 71 hours per pay period (equivalent to 30.5 hrs/week average) Our top team members consistently earn well above base pay through performance and bonuses. The Reality of the Job This is a physically demanding role—not a light cleaning position.
