Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and lobbies Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold health and safety standards across all areas of the hotel Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Maintain a high level of organization in linen closets, storage rooms, and cleaning carts to promote efficiency Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality service Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality standards and a positive attitude toward guest service Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by ensuring every space is spotless and inviting.
