Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain high standards of hygiene by properly handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Follow established protocols for waste disposal and linen management to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with special cleaning projects including industrial cleaning tasks or deep cleans of carpets and upholstery as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional hospitality service. Skills Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
