Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels in accordance with hotel standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment responsibly for optimal floor care and sanitation. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Support team efforts during busy periods by assisting with additional custodial tasks or special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools to maximize efficiency and safety. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while managing multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued.
