Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision Handle dry cleaning tasks when required, ensuring delicate items are treated with care and professionalism Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to maintain optimal room readiness Follow established safety protocols during cleaning and laundry processes to ensure a safe working environment Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments promptly Maintain detailed records of laundry loads processed and cleaning tasks completed to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of laundry procedures including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens or clothing Familiarity with dry cleaning techniques is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Embrace this opportunity to contribute your skills in a lively environment where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction.
