Job Description

Summary:
Performs routine housekeeping tasks such as replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning casino floor, cleaning Lodge rooms, trash hauling and any other job duties assigned by the managers and supervisors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs routine housekeeping duties Ensures all necessary supplies are maintained at proper levels Maintain all pertinent equipment Respond to guests' inquiries of needed items Ensure all guests' contact are handled in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean, neat working area All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high levels of performance Experience and knowledge in Casino or Lodge Housekeeping Ability to work well with co-workers and be courteous in all interactions Physically able to perform all aspects of the position This position is subject to the following conditions: obtain and maintain a valid Sokaogon Chippewa Gaming Commission license and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.
