FULL-TIME

Housekeeping position. This position works 40 hours per week. Hours are dayshift M-F. Our housekeepers are responsible for keeping our Guests' apartments and our building sparkling clean! Housekeepers work under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Community Manager and in accordance with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualified candidates must possess:

Experience working with frail elderly preferred. Thorough knowledge of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, including good grammar, spelling, punctuation skills and ability to proofread accurately. Physically able to use all necessary housekeeping equipment (vacuums, floor scrubber, mops etc.. Ability to communicate with and respect the needs of older adults with infirmities of aging. Must possess a commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity and full community inclusion. Must have basic knowledge of cleaning. Must be neat and clean in appearance. CPR, First Aid, and C.B.R.F. Fire Safety certification. Must have a cleared and approved criminal record check and drug screen.
