Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces according to established standards. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for various flooring types including carpets and hardwood surfaces. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to ensure health and safety compliance. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of common areas by emptying trash bins and restocking supplies as needed. Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping management. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform sanitation procedures adhering to health standards. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light meal prep or kitchen upkeep when needed. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
