Full Job Description Company Overview:
Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Housekeeper Room Attendant. Did you know we are located in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers? The hotel is minutes away from major sporting events, cultural activities, entertainment, museums, and attractions. We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 243 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space. We believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive colleagues who are focused on providing meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for daily tasks including cleaning rooms and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Detailed Description:
Making beds and removing linens from beds Cleaning bathrooms Dusting and vacuuming the rooms Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
Core Competencies:
Attention to detail and thoroughness Able to bend, twist and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus High School diploma or equivalent Ability to effectively communicate with guest and team members.
