Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Launder linens and other items as required, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Assist with light cooking duties when necessary to support household needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in residential and commercial cleaning environments. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
