Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, or waxing floors to ensure a polished appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely. Follow sanitation protocols rigorously to promote health and safety standards. Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, and supply replenishment. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry services and custodial responsibilities is a plus. Certification or experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous.
