Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available. Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while cleaning and organizing spaces. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to promote health and safety. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in industrial cleaning settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
