Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for cleanliness and hospitality. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitized. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
