Showroom Attendant

Job Overview Bachmann Pools & Spas is known for offering the highest quality products in the industry, including Hot Spring Spas, Cold Plunges, BioGuard Chemicals, Tylo Saunas, Endless Pools, and Radiant Pools. We are looking for a seasonal team member who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

As a Seasonal Showroom Attendant at Bachmanns, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience during our busy season.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and provide product recommendations tailored to their needs. Water Testing Perform water testing and clearly explain results while recommending the appropriate products. Point-of-Sale Transactions Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges. Merchandising & Stocking Maintain well-stocked shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Store Maintenance Keep the showroom, restrooms, and backroom clean and always organized. Team Support Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and deliver seamless customer experience.

Experience & Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift heavy boxes Availability to work evenings (until 6 PM) and every other weekend High school diploma required Valid driver's license preferred
