As a Room Attendant , you will play a key role in upholding Marriott's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. With a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you will help create a clean, welcoming environment that reflects the Courtyard brand's focus on comfort, consistency, and quality service. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Marriott brand standards , including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces. Ensure rooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and in-room amenities to provide a comfortable guest experience. Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as carpet care, furniture polishing, and window cleaning to maintain a high level of presentation. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs or safety concerns and promptly report issues to the appropriate department. Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, elevators, lobby spaces, and service areas. Follow all Courtyard by Marriott and OSHA safety guidelines , including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Support team operations by assisting with special projects, deep cleans, or high-occupancy periods as needed. Uphold Marriott's commitment to exceptional hospitality by contributing to a positive and professional team environment. Qualifications & Requirements Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred, ideally within a branded hospitality environment. Familiarity with cleaning procedures, equipment, and industry-standard sanitation practices. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, push carts, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
