Independent cleaning technician

Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential homes, offices, and other commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients or facilities Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Manage janitorial responsibilities such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the premises Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning equipment to ensure a safe working environment at all times Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices and janitorial procedures Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners and disinfectants Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing time effectively Join us in creating clean, safe environments that leave lasting impressions!
