Lead House Cleaner

Paid training Key Responsibilities 1. Cleaning DutiesPerform cleaning assignments daily as part of your responsibilities. Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning as a main function of this role. 2. Employee Management Uphold company values and standards by managing and correcting employee performance and behavior. Act as the primary liaison between on-site teams, management, and administrative staff regarding quality control and on-site team management. Foster a culture of accountability, kindness, and high quality . 4. Training & Onboarding Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards. Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce training and expectations. Qualifications Professional experience in the cleaning industry, particularly with residential cleans, and air bnb cleans is mandatory (even if it's just a little!). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity. Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily. You do not need management experience, we will give you all the tools you need to succeed in this role!

Additional Requirements Vehicle Requirements:

Reliable Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License (essential for travel between assignments).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand on your feet all day, and repeatedly bend / kneel

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full Shifts Required (8:00a-5:00p) Customizable Schedule (3 Shifts Per Week Minimum) Job Types Part-time (15 - 30 hours per week)

Pay:
