Executive Innkeeper

Job Overview:

We are seeking an attention- to-detail Executive Innkeeper(s) to join our team. Ideally we would love to find a couple that can work in tandem together. We have a beautiful boutique inn located in Oshkosh. People who stay with us are seeking a different experience than staying at your typical hotel. So the little things matter : ) We have a 4.8 star rating on Google and work hard to make sure we continue to provide that level of attention. If you appreciate the "little things" and enjoy interacting with guests visiting Oshkosh....then we would like to connect with you. The position will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the property to with items such as: guest engagement, room cleaning, main area cleaning, laundry, replenishment of breakfast and snack items, and general attention to making sure everything looks and feels "right". We are actively engaged as well and will assist with re-ordering supplies, bookings and customer relations. We also have a wonderful handyman that can help with anything that needs to be fixed, and you are handy that would be an additional plus. This opportunity is a live onsite position and will include housing/utilities as part of the total compensation. There will be approximately 10-15 hours per week depending on the season (Summer is our busy time). Friday and Saturdays would typically require 5-6 hours and the rest of the week would have a couple hours for laundry and general upkeep. It would be easy to have an additional part-time weekday position outside of this.
