Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management. Follow established protocols for floor care and custodial duties to maintain safety and hygiene. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
