The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care by ensuring carpets are cleaned and hard surfaces are polished. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are well-stocked and in good working condition. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, adhering to dietary guidelines as necessary. Manage custodial tasks in both residential and commercial environments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop efficient cleaning schedules and protocols. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and janitorial procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in carpet cleaning techniques is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
