The ideal candidate will be a key member of our housekeeping staff, responsible for consistently maintaining a clean, comfortable, and orderly environment that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Responsibilities
• :•Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning activities, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Consistently ensure that all rooms are meticulously cared for and inspected regularly, adhering to established cleanliness standards and protocols.
• Protect and maintain all equipment used in the cleaning process, promptly identifying and reporting any signs of malfunction, damage, or inadequacy to ensure efficient operations.
• Promptly notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, disturbances, or potential hazards identified during cleaning tasks, ensuring immediate attention and resolution.
• Professionally and patiently address client complaints and requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a commitment to resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience
• : While we offer comprehensive training, a basic understanding of cleaning procedures and techniques is preferred.

We provide thorough on-the-job training to equip our housekeepers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
