Washer Crew/Maintenance

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization Communicate effectively with manager & other maintenance associates on tasks performed Operate water pressure washer equipment, operate glass washers. Be available for scheduled or emergency basis Operate heavy equipment, to include forklift, scissor lifts & boom lifts Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment Goal oriented, self-motivated & model values in behavior Ensure cleaning and operation of glass washers, including filter changes, operating conveyor systems, working with cleaning agents like bleach. Possible help on PM's when needed. General Machine cleaning. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Contributes to team effort by achieving results All other duties as assign Qualifications Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling Experience in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with washing and cleaning procedures for machines Attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Pay based on education and experience.
