The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for guests by providing exceptional cleaning and custodial services. Experience in hotel, janitorial, or industrial cleaning is preferred, along with a strong commitment to quality and professionalism. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of lobby areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities, including washing, folding, and distributing linens and towels efficiently. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to ensure pristine flooring throughout the premises. Restock supplies in lobby areas and laundry stations as needed to ensure smooth operations. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for staff and guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly for resolution. Adhere to all health and sanitation standards required in hospitality settings, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. R equirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors safely and effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus. A positive attitude and strong work ethic committed to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment.
