Housekeeper/Room Attendant/Laundry

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to meet established standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in hotel housekeeping management is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
