Cleaning Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role you will be in charge of cleaning properties and contents affected by water damage, mold, fire, and other disasters. Cleaning and Sanitization- Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas, removing soot, smoke odor, mold and other containments Clean personal contents properly and efficiently Use specialized cleaning tools and products for environmental services, ensuring eco-friendly practices are followed. Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills to manage daily cleaning schedules effectively. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
