Duties Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently and safely Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Handle dry cleaning processes for delicate garments as needed, ensuring proper care and handling Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to maintain readiness for guest needs Follow established safety protocols for handling chemicals, laundry machines, and cleaning tools Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans to uphold hygiene standards across the facility Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to operate laundry machines and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service Join us in creating a clean, comfortable environment where guests feel valued!
