Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Maintain floors through specialized care like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during residential or commercial cleaning appointments. Manage janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well-stocked. Follow proper sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and promote a healthy environment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, supporting scheduling and quality control efforts. Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products used in professional environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Prior experience with laundry services or housecleaning is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
