Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by executing janitorial tasks with precision. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Support team efforts in delivering outstanding hospitality by maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings enhances your ability to excel in this role. Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not mandatory. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this position.
