Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques. Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure facilities are well-maintained. Assist with custodial responsibilities in commercial settings, including light repairs and minor maintenance tasks. Support industrial cleaning projects by using appropriate equipment to clean large-scale areas safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness standards during scheduled shifts while adhering to safety protocols and environmental guidelines. Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or hazards promptly for swift resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning equipment. Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
