Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a spotless surface Sanitize bathrooms and other high-touch areas to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests for additional cleaning or amenities Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to create a healthy environment for all occupants Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings is preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor polishers Knowledge of customer service principles to effectively assist residents or guests with their needs Hotel housekeeping background or experience managing housekeeping tasks is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are consistently well-maintained Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
