Overview Join our team as a Housekeeping Worker and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work, possess a keen eye for detail, and are eager to ensure every space is spotless and well-maintained. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Handle the tasks of cleaning of a business from 8-10 am and then a residence next door doing daily tasks such as laundry, dishes, daily cleaning from 10-2 Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use while adhering to safety protocols Support janitorial and custodial activities by replenishing supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning solutions Follow established health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for everyone within the facility Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment use Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors for a professional finish Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards as well as residential cleaning practices is advantageous Ability to perform troubleshooting equipment issues effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout shifts Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs promptly Join us in creating pristine environments that enhance guest experiences!
