Interior House Keeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior House Keeper to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential or commercial interior spaces. This role is vital in creating a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment by performing thorough cleaning and sanitation tasks. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of interior spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure a spotless environment Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas following health and safety protocols Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve their condition and appearance Manage waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and report issues promptly Proven experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols Experience with floor care including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with environmental services best practices for maintaining hygienic spaces Ability to operate cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments such as hospitals or commercial facilities This specific job is clearing and purging a home that has been vacant for 5 years with just two cats that lived there with a dog door. So there is some feathers to clean along with 30 years of purging clothes, towel, shoes, blankets, pot and pans, etc. This job is ideal for someone looking to load up on some free items. Home is under 3,000 sq feet and has 4 bedroom, living room, dining room, family room and sun room.
