Overview Join our dedicated team as an Assisted Living Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our assisted living community. Your efforts will directly enhance residents' comfort, safety, and overall well-being, making a meaningful difference every day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet health and safety standards, promoting a hygienic living environment Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with laundry duties as needed Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working order for efficient operations Follow established janitorial procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with staff to address specific cleaning requests or special events that require extra attention to detail Conduct routine inspections of the community to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented mindset We are excited to welcome motivated individuals who take pride in creating safe and inviting spaces.
